Administrative Committee- Constitution

28. There shall be an Administrative Committee of the Federation consisting of the five Directors constituted in the following manner:

a) Chairman of the Board of Directors.

b) Registrar, Cooperative Societies Haryana or his nominee.

c) Managing Director of the Federation.

d) Two Directors to be appointed by the Board of Directors from amongst other Directors of the Board.Three members shall form the quorum.
